Terms & Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

Plain-English terms for using Humanometer and buying its digital products. By using the site or purchasing a pack, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Humanometer ("we", "us") is operated from the United States. You can reach us any time at hello@humanometer.com.

What Humanometer is

Humanometer is a self-assessment tool. You answer 15 timed scenario questions and receive a scored reading across five dimensions, plus optional paid packs that use AI to generate personalised career coaching from your scores — an "edge" reading of how your dimensions combine, your interview blind spots, memory-joggers for your own interview stories, an interview prep guide, a LinkedIn "About" draft, a certificate, and a full-results file. The coaching is built from your scores and general career knowledge; it does not invent facts about you.

Not professional advice. Humanometer is for information and self-reflection only. It is not a clinical, psychometric, medical, legal, financial, or career-counselling service, and it does not predict job performance or guarantee any outcome. Use your own judgment before acting on anything it produces.

The free assessment

The assessment and your five-dimension reading are free. Your answers are processed in your browser; nothing that identifies you is sent to us unless you choose to (for example, by opting into emails or buying a pack).

Paid products

Immediate delivery & refunds

Because your assets are AI-generated and delivered to you instantly, by purchasing you ask for and consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you therefore lose any right to cancel or withdraw once generation has begun.

We still stand behind what we sell. We will give a refund if a product is faulty, was not delivered, or was materially not as described. If something went wrong, email hello@humanometer.com with your purchase email and we'll make it right.

AI-generated content

The paid materials are produced by an AI model from the information in your reading. AI can be wrong, generic, or occasionally odd. The materials are provided "as is" — review and edit anything before you rely on it or share it publicly. You are responsible for how you use it.

Acceptable use

Your content and ownership

Assets we generate for you from your purchase are yours to use for your own personal and professional purposes. The Humanometer name, site, questions, scoring, and design remain ours.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, add, or withdraw features or products at any time. Generation depends on third-party AI and payment providers whose availability we don't control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Humanometer, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Where you have mandatory consumer rights under the law of your own country or state, nothing here removes them.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
